SCHOLARSHIP

1. Year of Study:
The scholarship may be available for students within 5 years provided the students’ performance is at the highest level for each year. If not the scholarship may be cancelled or reduced.
2. Previous Scholarship Winners:
Previous winners of the same scholarship may be ineligible
3. Acceptance of Scholarship:
Selected candidates must confirm their acceptance of the scholarship. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in the scholarship being offered to an alternate candidate.
4. Confirmation of Acceptance:
Upon acceptance, recipients may need to provide additional documentation to confirm their eligibility and enrolment status.
5. Declining the Scholarship:
If a selected candidate chooses to decline the scholarship, they should communicate their decision promptly, allowing an alternate candidate to be considered.
6. Non-transferability:
Scholarship is not transferable to another individual and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

DISQUALIFICATION FOR THE EXAM


1. Disqualification for Misrepresentation:
Applicants found to have provided false or misleading information may be disqualified from participating in the scholarship exam or the scholarship.
2. Withdrawal of Eligibility:
If an applicant becomes ineligible due to academic, legal, or other reasons after submitting the application, they may be disqualified from the scholarship process.
3. Violation of Terms:
Applicants may be disqualified if they are found to have violated any of the terms and conditions set forth in the scholarship guidelines.
4. Misconduct:
Any form of cheating, plagiarism, impersonation, or unethical behavior during the scholarship exam will result in immediate disqualification.
5. Inaccurate Information:
Providing false or misleading information on the application or during the exam process may lead to disqualification.
6. Academic Integrity:
Applicants who have a history of academic misconduct or unethical behaviour may be disqualified from the scholarship exam.
7. Failure to Meet Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants who fail to meet the eligibility criteria at any point during the selection process may be disqualified.
8. Disruptive Behaviour:
Any behaviour that disrupts the exam process, harasses other participants, or compromises the integrity of the exam may result in disqualification.
9. Late Submission:
Applications or exam responses submitted after the specified deadlines may not be considered, leading to disqualification.

TERMINATION OF THE SCHOLARSHIP


1. Academic Performance:
The scholarship may be terminated if the recipient fails to maintain the specified academic performance level as stated in the scholarship terms and conditions.
2. Misconduct:
The scholarship may be terminated if the recipient is found to have engaged in academic dishonesty, plagiarism, cheating, sexual, or any form of unethical behaviour.
3. Violation of Terms:
The scholarship may be terminated if the recipient violates any of the terms and conditions outlined in the scholarship guidelines.
4. Change in Enrolment:
If the recipient experiences a change in enrolment status, such as transferring to a different institution or taking a leave of absence, the scholarship may be terminated.
5. Change in Field of Study:
If the recipient changes their field of study to a program that is not eligible for the scholarship, the scholarship may be terminated.
6. Non-Compliance:
If the recipient fails to comply with any administrative requirements, such as submitting required documentation or responding to communications, the scholarship may be terminated.
7. Unsatisfactory Progress:
If the recipient's academic progress is deemed unsatisfactory by the educational institution, the scholarship may be terminated.
8. Criminal Activity:
The scholarship may be terminated if the recipient is involved in criminal activity that brings disrepute to the scholarship program or the scholarship provider.
9. Withdrawal of Consent:
If the recipient withdraws their consent for the scholarship provider to use their name, image, or testimonial for promotional purposes, the scholarship may be terminated.
10. Failure to Accept Scholarship:
If the selected recipient fails to accept the scholarship within the specified timeframe, the scholarship may be offered to an alternate candidate.
11. Misrepresentation:
If it is discovered that the recipient provided false or misleading information during the application process, the scholarship may be terminated.
12. Expiry of Scholarship Period:
The scholarship may be terminated at the end of the specified scholarship period, as outlined in the scholarship terms and conditions.
13. Discontinuation of Program:
If the scholarship program is discontinued by the scholarship provider for any reason, all active scholarships may be terminated.
14. No Liability for Termination:
The scholarship provider shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the termination of the scholarship.
15. Notice of Termination:
The scholarship provider will provide written notice to the recipient if the scholarship is terminated, specifying the reasons for termination.
16. Repayment of Funds:
In some cases, if the scholarship is terminated due to specific reasons, the recipient may be required to repay a portion or all of the scholarship funds received.
17. Appeals Process:
If an applicant believes the termination decision was made in error, they may follow the appeals process outlined in the scholarship terms and conditions.

LEGAL


1. Re-evaluation of Results:
State that the scholarship results will not be re-evaluated or reconsidered once they have been communicated to the recipients.
2. Public Announcement:
Scholarship provider reserves the right to publicly announce and celebrate the names and achievements of scholarship recipients.
3. Changes to Results and Selection:
Scholarship provider reserves the right to modify the results and selection process for unforeseen reasons, with appropriate notice to applicants.
4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
Delhi Is the legal jurisdiction under which any disputes related to the results and selection process will be resolved.
5. Disbursement Delays:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances that cause delays in disbursement, recipients will be informed promptly and provided with an estimated timeframe for disbursement.
6. Termination of Disbursement:
Scholarship provider may terminate scholarship under circumstances, such as failing to meet academic requirements, violating scholarship terms, or discontinuing enrolment.
7. Changes to Disbursement Terms:
Scholarship provider reserves the right to modify the disbursement terms if necessary, with 0r with prior notice to recipients.

RIGHTS


1. Verification of Information:
The scholarship provider reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information provided in the application, including contacting educational institutions and references.
2. Notification of Changes:
Applicants should be aware that any changes to their eligibility status must be communicated to the scholarship provider in a timely manner.
3. Acceptance of Decision:
Applicants acknowledge that the decision regarding their eligibility and selection for the scholarship is at the discretion of the scholarship provider and is final.
4. Decision Authority:
Final decision on scholarship recipients rests with the selection committee, and their decision is non-negotiable.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


1. No Liability for Technical Issues:
The scholarship provider shall not be liable for any technical issues, interruptions, or disruptions that may affect the scholarship exam, including but not limited to website outages, network congestion, or server failures.
2. No Liability for Errors:
The scholarship provider shall not be responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the scholarship exam content, questions, or answers.
3. No Liability for Damages:
The scholarship provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the scholarship exam.
4. No Liability for Third-party Content:
The scholarship provider shall not be responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, or availability of any third-party websites, resources, or materials linked to or referenced in the scholarship exam.
5. No Warranty:
The scholarship provider does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the scholarship exam content, questions, or answers.
6. No Responsibility for Misuse:
Applicants and participants assume all responsibility for the use and interpretation of scholarship exam materials and content.
7. No Responsibility for Personal Information:
The scholarship provider shall not be liable for the security, privacy, or protection of personal information submitted during the scholarship exam process.
8. No Responsibility for Acts of Participants:
The scholarship provider shall not be responsible for the actions, conduct, or behavior of participants during the scholarship exam.
9. No Responsibility for Disqualification:
The scholarship provider shall not be liable for any disqualification decisions made in accordance with the scholarship terms and conditions.
10. No Responsibility for Delayed Communications:
The scholarship provider shall not be responsible for delays or failures in communication with applicants or recipients, whether due to technical issues or other reasons.
11. Indemnification:
Applicants and recipients agree to indemnify and hold the scholarship provider, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of participation in the scholarship exam.
12. No Reliance on Information:
Applicants and recipients acknowledge that any information or advice received from the scholarship provider or its representatives is provided on an "as-is" basis and should not be relied upon for decision-making.
13. No Guaranteed Outcomes:
Participation in the scholarship exam does not guarantee receipt of the scholarship or any particular outcomes.
14. Force Majeure:
The scholarship provider shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
15. Total Liability:
In no event shall the total liability of the scholarship provider exceed the amount of the scholarship award, if applicable.
16. No Consequential Damages:
Under no circumstances shall the scholarship provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Applicants agree to comply with all rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by the scholarship provider throughout the application and exam process.
2. Eligibility Verification:
Applicants certify that the information provided in the application is accurate and complete, and they understand that any falsification may result in disqualification.

Applicants acknowledge that the decision of the scholarship provider, its representatives, and the selection committee is final and binding.
6. No Legal Recourse:
Applicants understand that the scholarship provider's decisions are not subject to legal recourse or dispute resolution beyond the mechanisms outlined in the terms and conditions.
7. Use of Likeness:
Applicants grant the scholarship provider permission to use their name, image, testimonial, and other related information for promotional purposes if selected as a scholarship recipient.
8. Applicant Responsibility:
Applicants take full responsibility for ensuring that their application is submitted correctly and on time, and for maintaining communication with the scholarship provider as needed.

Applicants affirm that they have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and accept the terms and conditions.
